Utilizing three traditional sun salutations as a foundation, Yoga-Core-Fusion™ introduces creative sequencing that fuses core methods with the traditional wisdom of many popular hatha yoga styles. The DVD offers inspiring ways to design well-rounded classes that meet the needs of various participant populations by simply blending essential ideals, poses, and breathing techniques. Yoga-Core-Fusion utilizes traditional sun salutations (surya namaskara) as a foundation for developing creative classes that fuse core poses (asanas) with the traditional wisdom of many popular hatha yoga styles. The sun salutations warm and awaken the physical and mental core of participants. By incorporating asana sequences based on a single or multiple hatha yoga styles, as well as utilizing different breathing techniques, an instructor can design classes to address a variety of different objectives, needs, and abilities

Director Alexander Gentelev takes us on a personal journey to seek out fellow passengers from the flight on which he came to Israel in the early 1990s. Through the stories of Russian immigrants scattered across Israel and outside of it - from a simple kibbutz in the valley to a lavish office atop a Moscow skyscraper - the image of the last great wave of Russian immigration is unfolded in all its facets. The complexity underlying the stereotypes attached to the Russian immigration, the difficulties, the achievements and the failures, are at the center of this film that painfully confronts the question of what it means to be Israeli.
